The squad is definately being changed, hoping it will be for the better though.

Winger and a striker will do me fine.
 
Hi, new poster on here, been taking glances on here for a while now and it seems a great site with good banter and even though its late im going to take the plunge and post.

Someone as posted this in the other forum but i thought id bring it into this one for L.C.A.B. and T.H.T's benefit, is there anything in the Jonathan Legear links, are we interested or is it utter ****e?.

Hi mate, no I haven't heard it either. I'm sure there will be quite a few players on moyes's list but comes down to money in the end mate.

so looks like 3m in the kitty with pienaars sale, and 8m on its way with JH departure... and maybe 1m from vaughan added with 1m Yak Fee
so 13m to 14m to spend....(Assuming moysie gets all of it!) so guess There is scope to do perm deals as well as loans,
or atleast some loan deals with a fee agreed if we want to keep them at end of season...
Then i guess we will get 4m from Yobo and 4.5m from Yak, gives us further 8.5m ish...
The big question is would we able to replace (whilst increasing the quality of the squad) Yak, Yobo, JH, Pienaar, Vaughan for 22m ish
My Guess is Duffy to step up as 3rd Choice CB, leaving money for Striker, Winger, and 2/3 squad fillers
I hope Moysie has some diamonds lined up!

Also LCAB, you know if Moysie still thinks Billy has a future ? or is he just being kept till summer then look to recoup as much of the 9m he can from a russian club.

I personally think Billy should be given a run of games, i dont think playing one or two in a row then being dropped is good for him, he need to be given 5 or 6 on the trot, and then atleast we know if he will be good enough. Thought he showed some nice touches when he came on for 10 mins in the derby.
Whats the view around the club on Ross Barkley, do they have high hopes for the lad? Seemed like before his injury, he was close to getting an appearance for the 1st team

Bily was SOUND at Scunny an' Grey Skull . He WILL BE FINE .

Barkley IS the hope , yes .The NEXT ONE .

The only thing Bily is lacking is confidence, Was the same with Beckford (all the chances he kept missing) but after a few starts he looks good. Bily just needs game time.

So what have i missed LCAB? didn't notice they had moved the thread!!!
