The L.C.A.B. / THT Transfer Window Thread ....

I have noticed several distinct features of a transfer window over the last several years:

1. Evertons lack of activity.
2. Everton being beaten to players by every other team in the league system.
3. A GOT thread dedicated to LCAB and THT
4. LCAB being targeted for abuse like he is Kenwright himself!! (Sorry LCAB hope I havent started a rumour there)
5. Several delightful popcorn moments.
6. Inaccurate posts:D

And there is still a week to go, I love being an Evertonian (y)

Hahaha ...

THAT , my mate , IS ABOUT THE FUKN SIZE OF IT , btw ....

Oracula , incidentally ... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The only thing of note I've seen on, source the daily mail via sportinglife:

Everton are to revive their interest in Monaco striker Dieumerci Mbokani as the French club try to strike a deal for Emmanuel Adebayor

I'm not very excited, I don't really care. I'm fairly certain we're going to be mediocre this season. I'm in a general malaise. I've cancelled sky sports, I don't have ESPN. I'm a little concerned that I'm not contributing financially to the Premier League.

I hate that we're skint.

With Peanuts gone, ever that much more apparent that we need a winger - or even two, if we ever want Seamus to play right back and replace Neville at some point. Or, just give the boy a break. It was clear at the beginning of the month, and even clearer after West Ham.

You know, we had a winger. And he would give his kidney to come play here.

But we can't come up with the damn money.

Still bitter. dfkjakfjaskjfksdfksdfksjfk

Feel better now.

Though come on. With Peanuts gone is there ever a case to just pony up the $12MM US dollars (6 mil british pounds) AND JUST GO PURCHASE THE FOD? We have half of that already from Peanuts.

Can the board not see this? Seriously? All of our striker/winger loan bids are falling through - how about we go with the one that would come here if we paid the right price? Especially as January is coming to a rapid end - at the beginning of the month, no. But now that we have 8 days left, and if we don't have anything in the hopper, could we go here?

I know, I know, I have beaten this dead horse before.

Just frustrated as January is coming to a close. :P

Done venting. I know we're skint.

Oh, seriously? This is comical as Michael Bradley has been linked to like everyone who isn't the top 4 in the EPL. I think he's good, but we don't need him in his natural position, do we need another box to box midfielder? He isn't a WINGER (gee, I'm a little crabby today aren't I):

Sunderland and Everton both have money to spend following the sales of Darren Bent and Steven Pienaar, and both clubs are rumoured to be lining up a bid for USA international, Michael Bradley, who currently plays in Germany for Borussia Mönchegladbach.
Of course, Steve Bruce has considerably greater funds at his disposal than David Moyes, and you’d be forgiven for thinking that most of Bent’s transfer fee would go on the recruitment of a replacement striker. Well, the German media are suggesting Bruce will be somewhat more conservative in spending the cash… at least to begin with.

“Kicker” sports website reports that 23-year-old Bradley may well be on his way to England, with his club willing to let him leave having already found his replacement; fellow defensive midfielder, Roman Neustädter. Manager Max Eberl has stated that “as yet, no offer has been made”, however the club would accept any offers upwards of £2.5m.

I think you're safe with that one, i doubt anyone believes Kenwright could type.
And if he could, every post would begin with "Back in the days when I was in the old boys pen..."

I think some people are going mad! I see threads were people are suggesting Swap Arteta for Adam, and Coleman for adam!
Then i see the lazy press claim we are back for Mbokani, when LCAB has previously stated its dead
due to permit issues!

Regardless of if we get anyone in, I would like Moyes to change things around, by
playing Rodwell instead of Arteta, Billy on the Left, and try Magaye upfront with Saha
or Beckford, I mean it cant be any worse than what we have done so far can it!
