They won’t be in before Christmas so no chance of a manager by then, I also can’t see them paying Dyche off when he only has until the end of the season anyway, they won’t come in and start throwing money away from the off.

I don’t see anyone in until next season, it gives the club the time to put together a decent shortlist for the job and not the car crash of choices we’ve had the last few years.
Well you or we don't know any of that.
Your dates look way out to me.

If TFG are as thorough as they are made out to be they will have run the rule over managerial candidates and have one ready as soon it's needed. Dyches contract won't bother them at all , they will protect their investment whatever it takes.

MEGA!

Hew the best manager we've had in modern times.... He is no longer modern.

Completely understand your points about Moyes. I'm not sure you're right on this though. I think he's done quite will at West Ham I believe he done well with
transfers I would argue he's far more modern than Dyche. Dyche is an imitation.

The only reason I would advocate Moyes is if it was short to short-medium term. He knows Everton and he would sort us out after the mess of Dyche. He's available. Whether he'd come in for a short term I don't know. Whether TFG would want a short term manager I don't know. They might have their own plans.

Do we go straight on to a manager as a "project" ? I don't know.

We were battling relegation for one season previous to him being here.

Now we're on our 3rd season with him as manager battling relegation. Near two years hes been here and we've gone backwards under him
I think only one full season.....but yes he saved us from relegation in his first season....
I don't see how being relegation fodder when he arrived and still being relegation fodder is going backwards. Total nonsense.
In any case he finished basically mid table last year should have been 50 points without the deduction, so a massive improvement on the 36 before. This season is still ongoing and we can judge it all in May 2025...
Basically you don't like him and make stuff up to suit, that's fine just be open about it.

We were linked with Sergio Conceicao the other day, if true Id think Moyes type managers are off the shortlist tbh.

So it should be.

Any remnants of the Kenwright era should be consigned to the past and never revisited.

No more knife to a gunfight or relegation talk as if its a given .
This cycle has to stop once TFG are at the helm.

Maybe...

Honestly I'd take any bit of positivity at the moment...
