Ancelotti would be another I would class as short-medium term. (And also hypothetically Mourinho).

It's a judgement call.

I'd be well pissed off if I was Moyes and Ancelotti was sacked and then returned to Everton. A virtual repeat of what happened the first time when I think
Moyes was being lined up and then Ancelotti became available.

They won’t be in before Christmas so no chance of a manager by then, I also can’t see them paying Dyche off when he only has until the end of the season anyway, they won’t come in and start throwing money away from the off.

I don’t see anyone in until next season, it gives the club the time to put together a decent shortlist for the job and not the car crash of choices we’ve had the last few years.
How much has sacking 3 managers in less than 12 months cost them at Roma, they won’t bat an eyelid at paying 6/7mil to get rid of dyche and his cronies. If he’s not getting a new deal then why wait,
Personally I think he will be gone as soon as they come in

The more I reflect on it, the more I think TFG need to act as soon as possible after the approvals. It probably means January.

Dyche has half a season on his contract left then. Surely it will not be prohibitive financially to sack him. They will be more than aware of the current state of affairs.

It's harder to get someone in at that point who is under contract and halfway through a season themselves. But change is what's needed now.

They dont pay it Everton does.
Roma are in FFP trouble but not stopping Them. But if it’s payed out straight away they can pay it, we have till June 2025 to balance the accounts. If it’s a case of just paying him monthly for another 18months then it’s even less of an issue.

It’s like we want to buy a 30mil player and the 6mil a year on a 5 yr deal is not a problem. But if the club want 15mil upfront
This is where TFG come in.
And do you think if we’re in the bottom 3 in January, they will just leave it and let dyche carry on

Are you trying to ammortise the managers and coaching staff compensation here?

Mate, no.

What you talking about. All I’ve heard about FFP and PSR is we’ve had to pay off managers. Maybe you’re an account, who knows
But the owners can do what they want in a business sense regarding the yearly accounts. PSR is just for the prem league rules and they go from 30th June to 30tg of June, why was Richarlison sold on the 29th june 2023, we could spend 50mil in January as long as we say sell Branthwaite before the deadline, then what’s the problem

And what happens if Branthwaite breaks his leg? It's this sort of lack of foresight, and flying by the seat of our pants thinking that has lead to a lot of the mess we're in. But sure, let's just spend more money we don't yet have 🙄

Also, if we sack Dyche, we will be paying the wages of 2 managers, and 2 sets of coaches for the rest of the season.
