Iraola for me. Bournemouth are constantly improving week on week since his arrival. One of my favourite teams to watch at the moment.
Wouldn’t move here
In all seriousness, would you take Carrick on until the end if the season, or perhaps a 2-3 year deal?
Seriously? That would be a hell of risk
My memory of Silva will be him stood on the sidelines melting under the pressure at Goodison shortly before he got sacked. Way too big a job for him at the time with the pressure
looked like all his life had been sucked out of him and no idea how to change

The only English manager I'd consider. And he'd also identify 100% with the club and could bring the club further.
I like him but wouldn't be especially keen on a manager coming immediately from a sacking. It's such an intense high-pressure job that maybe he'd need / want some time to rest and reflect on what happened.

Hopefully come in during the summer after soft lad has been jettisoned,if that scenario occurred even if it meant putting up with this anti football until the end of the season,I am pretty sure we will survive,I think that would suit all parties.

He's done that before though and took time out.Went out to study and watch other Euro leagues.
Fair point. And I guess he's done almost the exact thing before - a newly taken over club looking to get up the league from a relegation battle. Albeit we'd have less to spend he had instant success doing it at Newcastle.
