I'm gonna bite.

I think in an ideal world we would be finding the guy who Moyes was 22 years ago.

My ideal candidate would be someone of that ilk.
But they cost money. And lots of it. As well as need structure, processes, foundations so they can survive sticky periods.

We have none.

Therefore we are faced with the reality of either sticking with Dyche or getting someone in who will work in the current conditions bestowed upon them.

Let's have it abundantly clear. Moyes is not the long term answer. But he is a better option and the current candidate and possibly our only real attainable one considering the situation the club is in.
Moyes at Sunderland did not end well.

Carsley? Why Carsley? Can someone explain that to me.
Young up coming manager, Very good tactician, had the England U21s playing some great attacking aggressive football, now has England job and you can see the difference he is making there in a short time he has been there.

Everton fans turned their noses up at Arteta when he was available.

As soon as the job comes up it's always Moyes getting mentioned, I am sick of mediocrity

moyes will not be on the clubs radar

Dead weird that Moyes is the favourite.

But also totally predictable.

It makes me sad.
Not really surprised about that, expected Potter higher. Carsley would have been interesting to watch. Understand the doubts on Potter which I share.

Surprised Davide Ancelotti has so much credit, but he has a lot of good backgrounds to become a good manager himself.

Then Corberan he deserves for the work he did, see him as valuable a bit surprised that he is so much up.
