All roughly double what they should cost and amongst the worst set of signings I could come up with for that money.

Surely the worst set of signings for that figure would include heitinga and Bily?

It's pretty shocking especially when Nathan Redmond (with an English premium) went for 2mil for example.
 

Ince is a good young player experienced too.
