Heitinga is leaving and Distin won't last long. I am really disappointed a player of such quality has signed for Soton not Everton.

Soon seem to be able to attract these players. Not sure how. But we need Martinez to get settled and get in the market as our rivals are. Still happy with Alcaraz though.

Have we signed/are we signing this Alcaraz? Some lid in the Cavern reckons we have but I can't be arsed checking on google.

This is the only reference to it I can find, whoever they are

Quite possibly THE worst source on the internet.

Although im sure hes correct, he probably will join on the 1st July.

As a Croatian I often watch Lovren playing for the Croatian National Team and I've watched him playing for Dinamo Zagreb, I can say he's strong in the air and has a quite goood technique as a CB, I was surprised when he started to get all the red cards in France, it wasn't the Lovren I knew. I also think the Premier League suits him better than the Ligue 1. So I don't think we won't hear anything from him again. At the Saints he will most probably be a regular starter.
I know it's offtopic but I just wanted to clear that. He isn't a bad player at all, and I was really surprised that he signed for the Saints, he wouldn't be a good signing for us. But instead we have to take Alcaraz...

Everton interested in German striker

Everton are interested in FC Augsburg striker Sascha Molders according to German outlet Sportal.de

Everton are competing with Nurnberg for Molders, who scored ten goals in 24 Bundesliga games last season.

“There are inquiries from Germany as well as from abroad,” says the player’s agent Tobias Sander.

Molders had already committed his future to Augsburg having said that he wanted to extend his contract to 2015 and he felt completely at ease at the club, although a move by the toffees would be tempting.

Cardozo set to snub Everton and SpursJune 14, 2013

Tottenham and Everton target Oscar Cardozo is poised to spurn interest from the Premier League to join Turkish side Fenerbahce according to Talksport

The Paraguayan, who has also been tracked by Chelsea and Liverpool in the past, is expected to leave Benfica this summer following a dismal end to the season where they finished second behind Porto after leading for long periods of the campaign.

The Lisbon side also suffered heartache in the finals of the Europa League and Portuguese Cup, and the 30-year-old vented his frustration following the latter defeat by pushing coach Jorge Jesus.

He has been tipped to seek pastures new, with Fenerbahce the latest side to register an interest in the forward, who netted 32 times in all competitions last season.

And his agent Pedro Aldave insists he is open to a switch to Turkey.

“With us there are no problems. Oscar would be happy to play in Turkey,” he told Turkish newspaper Fanatik.
