New Everton manager Roberto Martinez is set to continue his predecessor David Moyes’ interest in Bernard Malanda-Adje, dubbed ‘the new Marouane Fellaini.’

Anyone heard of this kid?

Physically build athlete, strong as an ox, very hard to disposses when he has his ball at his feet, good workrate, pacey and tremendous finisher. Think he'd fit in perfectly in the Premiership and at Everton.

Sounds like you are describing a former young Montpellier striker there, who was also absolutely Amazing on Championship Manager...

Whatever happened to Bakayoko?

Honda Might sound unrealistic but it could happen . Look at the stats he's 27 so if he went to Milan then I doubt he would get into the premier league again . However because he's 27 he might think this is the make or break time for him and if he's serious about coming to England then we could be a good option for him . Milan might have champions league but they don't have pl status

I would be happy with the signing of Kone as he has generally played well anytime I have seen him.
It is his age that is the biggest argument against signing him as he will have no resale value. But,if we could get four or five years from him for 5m it would be good value.

Or a former Chelsea player now playing for Galatasaray.

There's always a risk involved signing players, isn't there?

Yes, there is always a risk.

Thing with Kone is, Wigan took the risk for us, and he proved himself in England last year, and at the same time, gave 90% of the people here the chance to actually watch him play at least 1 full game, in his case, many more, and he impressed me enough that I would take a chance on him for £4-5m.

Bony on the other hand, who 90% of people on here have never seen play 1 full game, and who would cost double or more to sign, and who has never played in the English league before, is a far, far bigger gamble, and with as small a budget as we have, is he really worth it?

Put it this way, if the rumours and prices are to be believed, and we could sign Kone, Honda and McGeady for the price of Bony, I know who i'd sooner go with.

And Drogba was terrible for 2 years at Chelsea before he turned it on. If they had got shut of him as soon as we did Bakayoko, who would ever have known?

Team he plays for don't seem to have ventilation holes in their top but i can't find a montage of him only a goal he scored against Anderlecht

Birmingham City boss Lee Clark has revealed that two offers from Premier League clubs have been accepted for Nathan Redmond.

A third bid has failed to match the Blues' valuation, with Swansea City, Norwich City and Fulham reported to be the sides to have expressed an interest in the highly-rated winger.

"The truth, me being transparent and not speaking out of line, is that there are six to eight Premier League clubs interested in Nathan. That's in various different ways.

"Now what we have had are three bids, two that have been accepted and one that hasn't been accepted. And now it's up to Nathan if he wants to speak to those two clubs and see if it's right for him.

Looks like Swansea are definitely one that have had a bid accepted. Norwich maybe the other and we're probably the ones who've had the bid rejected. (y)

How any forward coming in can 'underwhelm' any Evertonian when we have Jelavic and Vic as our two strikers is staggering.

"Go away strikers who score in the PL...we want Huntelaar or <inserts out of reach Euro-league glamour name>"
