If Fellaini went, my preferred choice would be Leroy Fer as a like for like replacement. As for other positions, Bruno Martens Indi (CB), Nacer Chadli (winger/acm) , Dusan Tadic (winger/acm), Wilfred Bony (striker), Adem Maher (acm). That's the realistic ones I feel we have a chance of getting and would improve our team.

Sadly not as clued up on the Belgian league anymore as that league isn't showing on the open channels anymore.

Edit: Filip Djuricic and Alfred Finnbogason of SC Heerenveen are also worth having a look at. Same goes of course for Kevin Strootman and Marco van Ginkel. Sadly those two might not be that 'realistic'

I can't give you an answer to that. Hopefully we do 't find out, do we? As for slating Fellaini, hope that wasn't directed towards me, as I never slated him once. Always rated him very highly, even before he joined us (you can look that up if you want prove). Just can't see him staying at Everton that's all and if he doesn't intend to stay and sign a new contract, I believe we have to cash in on him for financial reasons. We can't risk losing him on a free. In an ideal world he'll renew his contract and stay with us for many years to come.

That's fair enough and in all honesty, I'd prefer it if we spread the money about a bit, but I wouldn't be unhappy with Wanyama for 10m.

Too risky for our club to pay 10 million for someone from Scotland, he does look good, would rather get James McCarthy from Wigan who can hold his own in this league.

Looks a bargain to be honest. He's an absolute monster and he's only 21!

If Fellaini went I'd want us to sign him immediately. Plus we'd still have half the money left for improvements.

Hopefully you're right and he'll be a big hit if we sign him - he'd have to be though! My thinking is someone like Bernard Malanda-Adje could be just as good and would only cost a few million.

Wanyama only cost Celtic £1m. We need our scouting network to pick up our own gems (obviosuly easier said than done though)

Wind your neck in lad, all Dutch was doing was responding to a what if question from me about the dutch market, whose slated Fellaini him on here seriously not many lad, also sorry if what we would hypothetically do if a player left us is gets talked about, same player whose agents/himself demanded a clause was inserted in his contract allowing him to leave should he wish to the top clubs. To not discuss the what if situation when the player through various means has made it known for the past year or so he would leave for champions league footy is ****ing stupid.

Listening to you though seems all we do is slate treat and him harshly on and off the field or some such bollocks

Nah, we should be alright for wages. We seem to have been reducing them for a while anyway. A lot of big earners such as Arteta, Yobo, Cahill, Saha and Yakubu have gone relatively recently and we've not really brought in any big signings.

I think the salaries could work mate

Felli is on 70k and Jonny is on 60k, plus we have saving on Nev's 55k a week plus Roberton is on less wage than Moyes was

so saving off 200k a week

Honda is currently on 35k, so 60k should get him, Bony 50k, Fer and Manga 35k odd , Moses 60k
which summates to 240k a week, so surely we can supplement 40k a week from saved wages off Hitz, Mucha, and offloads Nais's wages..

But i guess i didnt account for operating costs

How do you know how much the players earn? FFS my wife doesn't know how much I earn!!
