I'm pretty sure we won't spend £5m on Honda if you can get him for free. Forget about Wanyama and get Chadli and a cb for that amount.

I would hesitate Kone on a free never mind paying Mirallas money for him. He's not really that good, he's 29 so he'll only have like two years of use until he goes out for free. If you divide that 5m with that he'll cost us 2.5m a year without his signing up fee, agent fee's or his salary. Even at free with the fees involved he'd be one of our most expensive players for what we'd get for him which would not be much. I'd rather we keep our sexy Greek as third option not Kone even though his name means 'machine' in Finnish.

I think, as many have said, his contract expires in January and that free transfers involve sign on fees, agent fees, higher wages and such so that a free transfer usually costs 80% of a normal transfer so it will cost a fair few million now.

Wanyama looked good in the champions league as well though. If you can mix it with Barcas midfield you can't be too bad.

I'd imagine we'd have several options available but Wanyama isn't a bad idea is he?

That's fair enough and in all honesty, I'd prefer it if we spread the money about a bit, but I wouldn't be unhappy with Wanyama for 10m.

Exactly why IMO selling Fellaini could be a blessing in disguise.
