Erm...has he?

Good player, great partnership with Jags but I wouldn't have him back after the way he f*cked us off last time. Plus he'd probably want mega wages after being at City for a few years.

I agree. But I've just come to terms that, he's boss with jags. Just superb. And unless he's just gonna take a wage, he'll be wanting 1st team football which he won't get at City.

There's an england squad crying out for a centre half partnership which may lead to a world cup squad. Those two would boss it for club and country.

BK: "Roberto is back at the weekend and he's raring to go."

Makes sense as to what LCAB & THT are saying about signings being nearly done and Monday maybe being the announcement day. Suppose it'll be nice for Roberto to walk into Finch Farm on Monday and see his mates Kone and Alcaraz.

Thought i'd throw this in here about McGeady.

Anyone think we'll get him cheap as Spartak might owe us some money for Bily still?

Just an idea.

Alcaraz is free that's ok. McGready I don't know much about him, don't think he is a top player anyway. Kone, what can I say. These signings strike me as if he just buy someone to build a bigger squad. On ther other hand, we know we need players with better quality and ability. £10m will be gone and that will be most of our transfer budget (excluding wages). I can't see there will be more money available unless we sell someone.

Another way to look at it, would be to say that we have replaced Neville, Hitz and Mucha with these 3 players and it has cost around 9m and given the squad a bit more depth.

Any further transfers will obviously be funded by the sale of Fellaini and Heitinga
