The way I see it, Martinez will want to sell them both (Baines and Feallaini), keeping them means very little money to spend, he will be working with the current squad and whatever happens people will give credit to Moyes for building the squad.
Selling them both means something around 40 millions, Martinez will use that to build his own team

In my opinion Baines and Fellaini are good as gone and we should start to wrap our heads around that. They were the stand out signings of the Moyes era, our only two stars apart from Arteta for a short while before he got his injury. This is the start of a new era in more ways than Moyes going.
The loss of Fellaini is rough but to lose Baines breaks my heart. I´ll try to find comfort, albeit a bitter one, in the fact that I´m hopeful Martinez might surprise us in the transfer market.

if we got 45M for Baines, Fellaini and Heitinga I wouldn't mind if 10m of that goes back to the banks or to pay loans off, as long as Martinez got the rest to spend on the team.
Alcaraz is free anyway as a replacement for Heitinga, that would give Martinez a real good chance to put his own stamp on the team with a good few quid to spend on some quality replacements.
