OK, so you put a bit more thought into it (y)

I actually also forgot Naismith, Gueye and Junior, it's easily done!

Looking at that, even if we get Deulofeu in, we're still badly short on the wing.

What it also shows is that age is really not an issue for the squad overall.

we're still another wide player and a centre midfielder short at the moment imo. Could we get 2 central midfielders and a wide player with the money we'd get for Fellaini?

I think you're forgetting the Scottish Beckham who plays for us...

Stones isn't a first team player, no point including him in these squads/line ups!

We do need a central midfielder though.

Depends on formation, I think we're set on the wide spots though. We didn't play "wingers" under Moyes, and it doesn't appear we will be under Martinez either.

Yeah I think we have plenty of wing options, hell if we get "stuck" we could stick Barkley, Naismith, Coleman or even Kone or Vic there.

I personally think we are a touch "light" in the middle of the park, everywhere else has vast options.

Wingers:

First choice left:
Pienaar

Can play left:
Mirallas, Oviedo

First choice right:
Mirallas

Can play right:
Anichebe, Osman, Coleman, Naismith, Naismith (shudder)

I think we do need a good, proven winger to come into the squad, preferably to go on the left and provide real competition for Pienaar's slot.

He was a first team player for Barnsley so has experience, that's why people have included him as a first team squad player.

He hasn't been anywhere near the first team for us, nor is he ready for it. He might have been on the bench a couple of times, but was never coming on ahead of Hibbert or Neville was he? Maybe Martinez will move him up, but as it stands he's not a first team player. Can't see him replacing Coleman though!
