I seem to be in a minority, but I'd definitely take Dempsey, IF the fee isn't ridiculous. But since it's Levy, it almost certainly won't be cheap.

Anyway i'd like to hope we'v moved on from Dempsey. We don't need him being the biggest point!!

The rumor was that Dempsey is in the states to talk with Seattle, but some others have said that he is here to speak with us instead. Either makes sense.

I still think he's got plenty in the tank, I think he could help our squad (especially if we lose Fellaini), but I prefer Donovan to Dempsey. He is better for team makeup. Either of them could limit Barkley's time on the field though, so I'd just want RM to go in with his eye open on this.

He needs to play every week though & that was his issue at Spurs imo.

I can't see it being us in for him like, but I'd be happy if it was.

I did specifically say 'to play for the canadian national team'. So hargreaves and Hoillett wouldn't count.

But and perhaps its because there aren't that many canadian "stars' playing, the sports media here did big them up on a regular basis. So they were well known, same with de guzman
