I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that you are not a trained mental health professional or psychologist?Probably just a deranged lesbian who couldn't manage her feelings.
Yes. Spot on. The sheer number is due to a serious flaw in the management culture.I get what you mean, but how many times did concerns need to be flagged to thoroughly investigate?
Congratulations - having been tempted in the past, it’s only now that I have given a post my first ‘middle finger’ reaction. Don’t think I’ve reported any more than a handful in nine or so years either, but here we are…She,ll deffo be the fittest bird on seg.
How will it be enforced?About time.
Law that forces killers to attend sentencing will be in King’s Speech
MPs express fury after it emerged that Lucy Letby was refusing to return to the dock for sentencingwww.telegraph.co.uk
Harshly I hope, oops just realised I am conversing with Mr Anti-police (until they need them of course)How will it be enforced?
No it doesn't.It usually gets dismissed and labelled emotion…..
it will give them a platform to be disruptive, shout unpleasant things at the families of the deceased and undermine the process etc. Obviously someone who thought this has had few dealings with people such as this. Imagine them scum who shot Rhys Jones sitting on their hands, gobs shut taking their medicine? No I don't either. How will it be enforced?
True. However, how does forcing a defendant to appear in court to hear the verdict protect the public? The justice system is also there first and foremost, to protect the public from monsters like Letby.
you're correct, and these beasts live by different values to us, they couldn't give a flying one and it wont have the effect we think it shouldTrue. However, how does forcing a defendant to appear in court to hear the verdict protect the public?
The irony of this. it seems letby has managed to hide in plain sight, she was a nurse after all, she was there to help.... right.Harshly I hope, oops just realised I am conversing with Mr Anti-police (until they need them of course)
She could be, but in law there is currently an exemption that allows a trial to continue if a) they've waived their right to attend, and b) they have representation.I just find it mad that there has to be actual legislation changed and that it is a lengthy process just to ensure convicted murderers stand in the dock for their sentencing. Does this happen in the US, Canada or Australia?
Why on earth can't she just be hauled into court? The UK is such a ridiculously soft touch as a country, utterly bizarre.
Is this 10 stone woman going to overpower and injure court officials or police officers who attempt to take her into the court? Ridiculous - one final insult to the families.
