That "expert witness" is a piece of ****. He has gone against every other expert, has changed his story several times and accused anyone who doubted him of supporting a child killer.

In view of the expert witnesses complete denial of the claims made by the new defence barrister, that he’d changed his mind on the cause of death of three of the babies and that the police / CPS had been sitting on his new amended statement for months, I’ve got to say that this is a pretty unusual and risky approach to the start of the fresh appeal.
I think if you LISTEN and accept that a conviction has to be beyond reasonable doubt then she has grounds. I don't know what happened. I do know many experts think it is flawed, nobody saw her do anything and that unit was failing with consultants not doing their job. As soon as the press were on it there was zero chance of a fair trial and it was built on circumstance.
Not the first time an NHS case has been overturned if it happens.
