Not to me it doesnt. I doubt any of the kit in the North Atlantic would be of any use at all to Greece.

But there has long been a fascination with The Titanic, so the rescue of 5 folk in a sub is bound to be of interest. That does not diminish anything from the Greek tragedy, it just is what it is.

Anyone who has been to Greece will know that the waters around are teeming with ships and boats of all shapes and sizes. No need to send any more from hundreds of miles away really.

Woah. As your lawyer I strongly suggest you reword the above so it doesn't sound like Branson has strangled one of his pilots with his bare hands.

When you push the envelope invariably that comes at a cost, the people involved have signed up for those risks and presumably highly rewarded accordingly for their efforts. What you want is something that has been tested to the nth degree first instead of treating the paying passengers as crash test dummies.
