have you not considered that the tech is probably a bit more advanced than some lad scrubbing video footage back and forth with a mouse ?

Oh, and lads: There’s no conspiracy. Just so happens that the team across the park from us are by far the best in our league and among the best in the world right now. Not the loveliest thing to have to endure, but true nonetheless.

I mean I’m inclined to agree as I reckon without VAR they’d win the league fairly comfortably but it’s proper beyond farcical how much VAR has went for them. Probs been further highlighted with the stark contrast of how much it’s rubbished us over.

I have no problem with them being the best team and winning it. Genuinely none. I'd hate it obviously but it is what it is.

The fact VAR is giving it to them on a silver platter is the galling bit, and it would irritate me just as much if it'd been as blatant for City.

I think it’s one of those things where the decisions for them stick in the mind far more than any that go against.

It seems to me like the vast majority of VAR/general refereeing decisions in our games have gone against us but I’m perfectly willing to accept that may be my blue-tinted take on things, however subliminal.
