I don't think they've had any problems for actually important CL games. They don't fill it up when Shakhtar come to town but those games are a formality for City at this point and they usually play a side not too far removed from what they put out in the League Cup.You're welcome to your opinion mate but I disagree. It's nothing to do with their stadium size they just choose when to turn up which for a team doing great is strange and me having this opinion certainly doesn't make me a kopite like you are trying to imply. Example I said before they don't even fill a massive champions league night but will fill Prem games.
That would be the definition of great fans...
They were definitely a small club...
Maine Road had a capacity of 35,000
Their new stadium holds 55,000
Today's attendance was 39,223
I see no problem with them having empty seats for a game like this... The whole "they can't even fill their Stadium" mocking is very kopite..
The result of a fool with access to an open cheque book, same reason Sigurdsson is a 45 million pound midfieldersaid many times but how is Maguire an £80m defender
Let's hope they want England's Keeper as well in the summer. The result of a fool with access to an open cheque book, same reason Sigurdsson is a 45 million pound midfielder
Tranmere fans moan about people who live on the Wirral watching Everton and Liverpool but as you say a lot are part time kopites. Not gonna lie.
I'm loving watching these part time kopites get slotted.
It's funny them making any kind of joke about them being the 2nd best team on Merseyside.Tranmere fans moan about people who live on the Wirral watching Everton and Liverpool but as you say a lot are part time kopites.
I went the Watford game on Thursday with a mate who supports united, so he could get an extra credit to get 2 tickets for this. These idiots behind us all got excited when Liverpool got there second goal, but they cant see what's going on at Liverpool is going to make it much harder for kids on the Wirral to support Tranmere.
Birkenhead is in Merseyside, it hasn't been part of Cheshire since 1974. But don't let facts get in the way of your amusing story lollollolIt's funny them making any kind of joke about them being the 2nd best team on Merseyside.
They're in Cheshire the jokers
