The league are desperate for City not to win it again as they dont want another Bayern/PSG scenario.

Have Sky been told not to analyze the Hooper decision?
Further evidence of corruption?
Mate it is inexplicable, especially when you hear that he only whistled when he saw that Grealish was clear.I did wonder about that too, but in that case wait for the linesmen
Fixed that for youSeems very var fetched to me.
Why don’t they do this every year then?
Well 5 but yeah .....and it gets worse when you know when he whistledThey've just spent at least 10 minutes analysing it.
If he was paid off he'd not have played advantage.Mate it is inexplicable, especially when you hear that he only whistled when he saw that Grealish was clear.
He's either been paid off or is so incompetent that he should never ref another game
Nobody has won four titles in a row - the RS infested media would find it difficult to stomach another team achieving something they couldn't.The league are desperate for City not to win it again as they dont want another Bayern/PSG scenario.

He waved play onI'm pretty sure what happened was that the referee immediately blew for a free kick, and when he saw that Haaland kicked the ball before it layed still, he had to cancel the attack because of a wrongly taken free kick.
No…He literally motions to play on for advantage and then calls it back after the ball is played and Grealish is through. Unless you have dog level hearing and heard a whistle no one else did, it just looks like yet another high profile blunder from an incompetent and/or corrupt set of officials.I'm pretty sure what happened was that the referee immediately blew for a free kick, and when he saw that Haaland kicked the ball before it layed still, he had to cancel the attack because of a wrongly taken free kick.

Nah, I'm a serious advocate of bringing some form of discipline and respect to the game, like with rugby. Referees make mistakes, but scenes like that don't help.Disagree mate decisions like that the referee needs surrounding.
The fourth official looked mortifiedThey've just spent at least 10 minutes analysing it.
