Both play different positions to cover roles. both of them arent exceptional but are reliable in the right team. Both of them contribute to the team quietly and don't stand out. Only difference is that milner is probably a better version of him

Milner is considerably better than Clevs in just about every single way mate.

Clevs has a really fit Mrs, and I've not seen Milner's lady (or man, I'm not judging) so maybe Clevs wins that.

The only thing Milner and Cleverley have in common is that they are English.

In nearly every other aspect, they are totally different, and in terms of footballing ability, Milner is by absolute miles the better player.
