The Mancs cheered off the team at the weekend despite being 2 nil down against the barcodes.

It wasn't in appreciation of the performance, more as a sign of encouragement.
I suppose when you’ve racked up 13 league titles and countless cups in 25 years, you become a bit more forgiving. ‘The Mancs’ also had banners flying over grounds saying that Moyes’ time is up.

What, where have I done that? And where have I said I want us jumping from the rafters when drawing 0-0? Are they the only two reactions possible, booing and seething or jumping for joy?

As for your last little snippet, you know who didn’t boo off at half time when drawing against a lesser side at home without playing great? Arsenal against us. Feel free to tell me more about our great club’s lofty ambitions though.
Fwiw, I didn’t hear anybody boo or jeer the team off against Fulham. It was a collective groan about the crap we had just witnessed.

Arsenal, who have finished 6th and 5th in the past two seasons, not jeering their team off at HT against Everton, who have finished 8th and 7th in the past two seasons, isn’t really comparable to a newly promoted team, is it?

I’d say spending £400m+ in 2 1/2 years, more than Arsenal, shows where the club wants to be.

You keep putting it down, though. Strange ‘fan’.

You asked if there was any other fans from clubs with ambition that would cheer off a team when they're drawing against a newly promoted team. I'd say the titles you mention here definitely suggest Utd fans have ambition. Also they were losing to a team who still don't have a win this season whereas we were playing a superior side to Newcastle in Fulham.

I'd argue after the titles they would be less forgiving as they now expect success whereas we have had none for near enough my entire lifetime so I don't know how we can expect the same. Yet they showed the team encouragement and it seemed to work.

Do you seriously think it doesn't? Have you ever performed in front of a crowd? Had to give a speech, done karoake, been captain of your own footy team? You think 40,000 people judging your every move and ready to boo you if you make a mistake doesn't have an effect?
Yeah, I’ve played in football teams when I was younger and I have to regularly give presentations/briefings in work. Like with anything in life, if you do it enough times, you get used to it.

If they’re that precious, they should give up the millions, as football clearly isn’t for them.

Changing tune a bit here mate. There was clearly booing, all you have to do is watch the highlights and you can hear it. You can also hear even louder boos when Sessegnon hit the bar.

Hahahaha, Arsenal are absolutely miles bigger than us. On a different planet actually. We have been nowhere near them in terms of points and they stuck 10 on us last season so yes, I'd say if we had a reason to boo for drawing against Fulham (at half time), then they had just as much of a right to boo for drawing against us. They are also in exactly the same position as us in terms of a complete managerial and backroom overhaul, big money spent and a lot of new players being bedded in. But they didn't boo, and we did. I wonder why.

There was a collective groan at half time because we wasn’t winning against Fulham, on the back of two straight defeats. It was disappointing and disappointed is an emotion. I suppose you hear what you want to hear. You have some weird agenda against the Evertonians, yet call yourself one, you’ll only see the worst in the crowd.

2016/17 - Arsenal 5th Everton 7th
2017/18 - Arsenal 6th Everton 8th

Then you say that we were the better team at half time, doesn’t look like a team on a different planet, does it?

Btw, remember when the Arsenal fans were staying away in their THOUSANDS when Wenger was there? Great support, that after he delivered 3 FA Cups in 5 years.

You're accusing me of hearing what I want to hear but the only one doing that is you. You're outright denying that there were boos at half time, when it's objectively provable just by watching the highlights.

See, you've just tried to prove that we're in any way close to Arsenal by quoting league positions, but if we went in 0-0 at half time to Burnley after playing poorly this season you'd be booing and screaming your head off. But they finished above us didn't they? See how flawed that logic is? Arsenal should be destroying us if you compare quality of playing squad and size of club. But they weren't, in fact we were the better team, but did their fans boo them off at half time? No they did not.

The Wenger thing is COMPLETELY different. He wasn't a brand new manager implementing a new way of playing to mainly a bunch of players that have by all accounts been godawful in the last few years.

Based on his time in England.

And what? Loads of young players are being picked for their national teams. Maddison, just up from the Championship, yet no room for Everton’s captain? He’s only rated by a small portion of Evertonians, no one else.

Pretty sure you don’t get on that Europeans Golden Boy list if you’re just rated by a few Evertonians.

But then you’re generally wrong so keep being weird mate.

Yeah, I am, because you’re suggesting a minority of fans booing, which it has to have been because I didn’t hear them in the ground, is reflective on the whole crowd in the stadium.

I see you’ve conveniently missed out an explanation as to why the Arsenal fans stayed away in their droves.

We’ve finished within 1-3 places of Arsenal numerous times over the past 15 years. Burnley have been up and down the leagues and last season was a fluke. It is in no way an even comparison, also, have Burnley spent more/a comparable amount of money to Everton over the past three seasons?

We've finished nowhere near Arsenal for the vast majority of the past 15 years, what on earth are you even talking about now? They had a front 2 that cost £100m against us and we had Dominic Calvert-Lewin, are you saying the teams were evenly matched just because the mess of a former manager we had spent loads of money on players that aren't even here anymore?

You have failed to convince me that our fans aren't awful, deluded and impatient whining brats that make the match day atmosphere and online experience hideous to take part in. I am leaving it here for the day, I bid you farewell.
