Really poor today. Over shadowed by Foden despite being similar ages. His lack of pace is frightening
I’d take Foden here

Our fans fall over themselves to big up players with very little talent. Foden is an example of the type you can actually get excited about. So much potential there.

People are forgetting that he's still young, because he's been around for a number of years.

He's got a lot of potential and, in the right midfield partnership and with the right guidance from Carlo and experienced pro's like Delph, he can be a very good player.

Patience. He's been well and truly thrown in at the deep end, especially in the Brighton and Leicester games where he had a big responsibility on his shoulders. It's a steep learning curve but I really like Zizou Skateboard.

He really needs taking out the spotlight and easing back into the team gradually. Mistakes will always happen at that age.

Squad player at best unfortunately. Of course he can improve with good coaching but not enough to be a starting eleven midfielder for EFC.

Sorry but I just don't see this, yes he is young but where are you seeing the potential? He's average or poor at everything, poor touch, poor passing, poor decisions, just not good enough

Everyone wanted him to turn out great but the hard truth is he's not very good

My opinion anyway

Agree with all you say about his skillset. I would add that physically he isn't very strong. Need to work hard on everything. I'd keep him as a squad player for another year. If no improvement get rid

Sadly he just lacks the athleticism required for his role.
Good lad, honest as the day is long but shouldn't be anywhere near first team in order for us to progress.

I'm not into the slagging off side of things when it comes to honest Evertonians who try but come up short.
