Absolutely. You know what you're going to get on here before you even click and read. Most other fans support their home grown players. We can't wait to destroy their confidence. Gomes was shocking today, Davies was fine yet our 'fans' can't wait to put the boot in.

From an outsiders perspective, he’s often poor when I watch EFC. I was there today and Davies surprised me as having a decent match for 70 minutes. Nothing amazing, but a CM allrounder.

But not sure if our incredibly naive set-up of 4 in the middle against your 5, made Davies and Iwobi look the business for that period.

He definitely didn’t do himself proud today (tried to play way too many hollywood balls that didn’t come off). It’s ridiculous though to assume his inclusion in the team affected us in any way today when we would have gotten more of the same or worse from any of the other midfielders on the bench. Silva has a lot of questions to answer here.
