Indeed , being involved with RK and the first team squad, learning how he wants him to play and even just getting a few minutes is important . It breeds confidence not only for Davies but also Koeman who is confident enough that he will follow his instructions and the other players having confidence in passing to him etc.

I just can't get over how slow he looked once he got onto the field. Gueye is just so goddamned fast that he looks like a turtle in comparison!

Gueye has unbelievable closing speed most players do not possess. He makes every challenge look so easy. Tom looks the part but speed isn't his greatest asset.
