He's having a bad time, and if people can step away from the "cry baby he ****ed us over" thing, then we can look at the situation objectively. Wayne Rooney is the best English player in the country, who is having a bad time, yes it's his own fault, yes he's an absolute tit of a lad, but his footballing skills are something that people should look up to. His ability to find space, to drive at defenders, to shoot on sight. That's what I'm talking about, not evident at the moment, but nobody can deny that it didn't happen these past 6 years.
Fact is, if he hadn't had left for Man U, but still behaved like a tool, he wouldn't get none of the criticism from Evertonians. Now would he?
