Some proper boneheads in here tonight.

decent away result against a quality spurs side. Why all the bitching and moaning ffs.

bells

BECAUSE, we couldnt hold the 2-1 lead. Tottenham were without Bale, Defoe and Lennon. We were just giving them the ball as we always do when in the lead. THATS WHY we have the right to bitch.

Moyes substitution threw 3 points away. It disrupted us and you dont sub a player like Mirallas anyway.

That's a bit vague. Do you think you could expand? How in three minutes does a substitution (necessary as he was tired) score a goal created on the other side of the field? Do you think we'd have seen Kevin scrapping away on the edge of the box in the last few minutes before the goal like we saw Naismith doing?

great point today.. cant really complain we had our chances but really they dominated we
were just solid at the back pienaar + felli cost us but then again theyve got injuries themselves
missed the left side ,think walkers pace caused alot of problems and adebayor looked really good today
every time he had the ball paniced.. cant understand the sub again naismith but then again everyones on
the lad so leave him but oviedo offers pace exactly what we needed on that side.. anichebe great game
the effort put in was bosh think he should be behind jela good longshot pace strengh and can close
down to the half way lineish? think he'd do alright there. always hard to take late equalizers in the game and could cost us

Normally have a lot of respect for your views mate; might not always agree, but usually a considered viewpoint from you. But that is nonsense.

Nice Dave. Completely disagree and you use circumstances for your own agenda. His subs meant we went 2-1 didnt it?

This.

How on earth the subs lost us the points needs explaining in detail to me as I don't get it.

Baines got done for the cross.

Why not blame him?

We were set solid defending. Everyone knows who's doing what. Never in danger of cracking. The substitution has people wondering where they should adjust and just adds to a break of concentration.

Just leave it alone. Leave it FFS.

Correct.

We played well and looked a decent team. The boys, especially Anichebe, can come back pround of their performance. Shame they couldn't hang on for a win, but Walker was a threat all day and was bound to beat Baines sooner or later. Credit to Spurs, they never gave up. Mirallas was looking tired near the end, I can't even realistically fume at Moyes for taking him off.

Spot on. Too many just want to find something to moan about. they've got Twitterettes.

Yes. Ultimately it was Baines that caused their equaliser - a moment of error for him but he's only human, still an excellent player.
