Simply not good enough in any way.

Yes we dominated the 1st half but when you dominate you need to be clinical and so many times the wrong decision was made. In fact nearly every attack today had a bad decision in the build up.

No replacement for Jelavic has cost us dearly there. We were crying out for another striker before he left, but instead we now have two injured strikers. Why put Traore on the bench if he wasn't fit enough to come on?

Some of the fuming on here is a disgrace - Spurs have spent £100 million plus this season, were at home, and had one shot on target all game which happened to go in.

Our problem is that we just don't have the quality to break down teams with our style of play, teams just sit back on us and we aren't clever enough to cut through a defense. You watch the likes of Arsenal (on a good day) and they are excellent at making quick short passes through a defense whereas we try to just run through them and end up losing the ball more often than not. Not having a striker playing doesn't help either. Money will buy better players but we don't have it and I'm more concerned that we seem to just boringly play out losses/draws with the same slow passing game.

The derby line up and the transfer window has come back to haunt us big time. Martinez's words that we will be stronger come the end of the transfer window look foolish. Wasted opportunity once again. We as fans derseve better.

No cutting edge.

I expect buying a striker in the window just closed would have helped a lot.

Oh we'll, we still have that large fortune to spend in the summer.

Could play until next year and still wouldn't score. Spurs were there for the taking today, probably more so than any other team that we've played away this season. Hugely frustrated.

yep they were absolutely awful but Everton are good at making the most easiest of things look difficult. I can remember at least 15 moments where one easy pass or through ball would create a goalscoring chance yet the we either hit the first man, underhit it or overhit it. Got what we deserved which is sod all because games can't be won without someone scoring. Nice one Everton, causing my head to nearly explode with fume on a Sunday.

Difference between a challenger and the rest of the pack is a world class centre forward, something we lack.

been playing awful since the arsenal game, the odd 1 or 2 good performances but in general the all round attacking play has halted drastically. We had chances today but we are not cutting teams open, a major lack of creativity in midfield

Everybody has been poor today. I cant believe we didn't have one striker on the pitch today. Crazy because we had one on the bench. Poor subs really. Oh and Barkley better have a nice holiday booked for June/july because after that lazy performance I wouldn't even want him playing for Australia.

They were not better than us at all, we fell asleep for there goal, they didn't course us any problems though, silly goal to concede which was our fault.
