Kane is quite possibly the most over protected player in the history of the PL. he constantly dives and cheats to get fouls and because he is England’s number 9 it gets ignored.

Spurs lack any kind of creativity and that is why they won’t win anything unless they find that creativity from someone that wasn’t playing today. We deserved a draw for me and would have got at least that if it wasn’t for a dodgy penalty (is Pickford supposed to evaporate?) and a deflected shot they went in

On to Newcastle away, think we are getting bummed there again this season....

Our current PPG is 1.00, is 38 points going to be enough, too close IMO especially after last season. I don`t want us anywhere near that again.

So for those that say we shouldnt expect anything from the last 2 games, should we look at it like this? 10 games gone, 10 points. 28 games left but we have to play Arsenal twice, City twice, Newcastle twice and Spurs, Chelsea, Utd and Liverpool once.

So take them not expected to win (10) we have 18 games to amass 30 points, bearing in mind we have only just managed a third of that in over half the amount of games.

The signs are there and we are sliding back in to a situation we found ourselves in last season. Can`t help shake that feeling.

Your maths isn’t right though. If we accept we are getting zero points from the 14 games you mentioned then that gives us 24 games to get 40 points, 1.66 points per game. We have played 6 games so far (ignoring the games were we have already agreed we expect zero points) and have 10 points at an average of 1.66 points per game so we are on target for 40 points. Obviously not great but it should keep us up and we played a number of those games without a striker.

When are we going to go out and beat a team like 3 or 4 nil. We have the back sorted now apparently. Now we have to work on putting the ball in the net. Still missing that creative midfielder and a striker. However all the wingers at the moment don’t look like they have a goal between them.

Unless we draw a team from the National League in one of the cups and they go into the fixture with half a squad of injuries, we're definitely not beating any team by more than two goals this season, barring a freak result where the opposition picks up a few early red cards and loses their discipline.

I voted for Tarks but for him we would have had a few more against . I agree with the wingers comments ,Gray has so much to give but doesn't ,Mcneil looks as though he had a good night last night and has no idea what is happening around him and for some reason we signed Maupay just to ignore him.

It worries me that we can go missing for large segments of games (first half v Man U and second half yesterday). Don't know if its a fitness thing or something else but FL needs to do something (other than talking about it post match). To be fair, it was always going to be hard to get anything, as Conte has added a bit of steel to them (why didn't we hire him rather than the FSW)? I hate Tottenham (third on the list after the RS and Celtic), a 'big team' who haven't won the FA cup since 1991 or the league since 1961!!!!

Typical of the scab 6 they go and look for 12th man in the officials and normally get it. Maupay booking was pathetic,.but the officials done their job in disabling part of his game early on. Just a foul if same happens against Forest Southampton etc.
