One season in the Prem, did very well, fantastic in fact. Worth spending £15million on? Not for me he needs to do it again in the Prem to be worth £15mil. We big up players far too easy on the back of a few good performances.

Due to his remaining contract length, £15m is very steep and that's what is putting off bids IMO.

I think he's a very decent player, but the fee has to be realistic at around £10m given it's a relegated club, as well as being in his last year and, as you say, still being unproven.

Yeah, I agree Nothing more than £10mill based on last season, would be a bargain if he reproduces, for us though it's still a massive risk given our lack of money. He's probably the best option available...For the right price.

His goal scoring record is superb.

He is proven, he has had a season in the premier league. They will want to show a profit on him, can't bame them, you need to pay the asking price if you want him I suppose! It's either pee or get off the pot I guess!
