IT's on.like a tough argie centre half. Surely the work permit issues been looked at. But we r everton so maybe not.
Tim vickery off bbc bit of a south american itk, doesn't rate him but reading he jus a bit raw so we'll see.

If there's one better way to judge a central defender's quality than with a 3 minute whole-career highlight reel on YouTube, it's with a single dead ball highlight from YouTube. In an unrepresentative part of the pitch.
