Twitter is absolutely crap and i treat anything that comes from it as utter lies !!!!

It's not about Twitter itself - Twitter is fine.

It's when beauts start posting vague stuff for hidden motives or for pure sad internet ego nonsense that it gets annoying.

My response? "Really? What exactly is that then? Got news of a bid with actual numbers? Seen signed documentation? Go on then, tell us!"

I don't and won't subscribe to Twitter and I know loads who have and dumped it cos it's too full of tosh... and all these jarg accounts purporting to be agents, club sites and in-the-knows who know jack all kinda prove the point don't they. A half decent idea that's so badly abused as to render it close to being of little or no worth in my opinion.

Don't disagree with that at all, it's just up to you to pick and choose what you want to read

Buckle up gents, I've got some great ITK stuff for you: John Harkes (former US men's team captain) visited the bar where I was watching the Southampton game to promote the new team he will be coaching next spring. When talking to him, he mentioned that his son just trained (and I think played a couple games with) our U-21s (I was proudly sporting my Barkley kit). Being in the coaching fraternity and all, he met with Martinez and had nothing but good things to say about him, Unsworth, Finch Farm, and the club. When I mentioned frustration in the transfer market, he assured me that Martinez has very firm targets in mind. So obviously, that means ... WE'RE GETTING YARMALENKO !!!!

So in that, they've not give a time frame, so it can apply all summer long. They've listed multiple likely clubs, to increase the chance of a hit. And they've been vague on the fee, so that any fee above that is "right".

That's pretty much what every saddo on Twitter does.

Indeed - Soviet Union/Russia international, but born in what is now Ukrainian territory.

Played for the many incarnations of the Soviet Union. But Ukraine after independence failed to get recognition to play in major tournaments (1994) so their best players played for the Soviet successors in the hope of playing in a World Cup or Euros. Ukraine started at Faroe Islands level (euro 96)

Was completely unfair as the soviets inherited the CSSR coefficent despite the team that did amazingly well in euro 88 feilded almost 11 Ukranian players.

Kancheiskis is Ukranian though.

In short Ukraine are boss.
