Of course a pre season game doesn't count. Come on mate.
@ijjysmith one of the most reasonable people on this forum, so do you actualy think we are playing catch up to stoke and they are leaving us behind?

They played their reserves against us, and we struggled to beat them.
We won by default.
Never mind him, are Chelsea the current premier league champions? Or is it Man City even though they finished behind Chelsea.
Who is it?

Stoke from looking at those transfers have made money in the transfer market this window. That's the thing I notice a lot. Other teams sign a lot of players but they also sell a lot of players too. I wonder just how much net will actually be spent by the other teams by the end of the window.Any idiot can spend money. Spending it wisely and investing soundly is much tougher. Stoke could become the Greece of the Premier League
Different type of player. Although the theory that the top teams don't want Shaqiri is because he doesn't understand tactics. That might be a problem.shaqiri isn't even what we need if Kev's staying.
Thought this was the transfer thread. My mistake...
How many of the Stoke signings would you want at Everton ?Too many signings though mate is not usually good for team spirit and getting the team to Gel by the start of the season. 2 or 3 a window max i say to help bed in. Stoke will finish anywhere between 11th - 16th IMO.
or possibly a positive advantage given some of our games last season.Different type of player. Although the theory that the top teams don't want Shaqiri is because he doesn't understand tactics. That might be a problem.

Or even rumours. Most of the business is already done and if we are interested in someone then it's likely they're the backup transfer for a better club and we're waiting for the domino effect to kick off.Well there aren't any transfers mate.
