Cant imagine Williams would come cheap, seems very strange.
I can't see it happening for loads of reasons.

It seems part of the reason some fans are badly disappointed is because they entered the window with unrealistic expectations. Martinez has been quite clear about where things stood this summer. He's looking for a creative midfielder, cover for Jags/Stones and money would be limited.
The club may need an upgrade at keeper and striker, but there's nothing to suggest that was ever part of the plan for this summer.
