Basically ends the drama for me. Getting 4th and losing to Uruguay or whatever would suck but as you say 4th and losing to NZ and we deserve what we get.

It's more or less beat the bottom feeders and we're in. I don't much fancy a trip to San Jose with a berth on the line, so I'd like to see us pick up a couple of wins sooner rather than later.

It’s not a bad 11. Curious about Miles not starting (suspect he will vs Canada) and Ferreira getting the nod ahead of Pepi. Gotta have the 3 points tonight. Columbus is gonna be cold but likely nothing compared to Minneapolis in a few days.

Think he’s been used in too many different ways. I’ve always thought he was best as a DM with a mandate to be disruptive and break up as much as possible. Like a Gana lite. He can get forward a bit but that’s not his core competency. Should never be a right back or wide player imo.
 
Jesus should've scored that one off the weah header. Still good to see chances early. Also nice to see Pulisic, McKennie, Adams, and Dest together. Just need Reyna back now

Its rightly a red card after VAR, which CONCACAF just decided to do today. Whether or not VAR will be there next week, dunno.

Implementing it mid cycle is somehow even dumber than not having it at all at the beginning. Concacaf outdoing themselves again.
