Yeh that’s how I see him today which is why I thought under Marsch he’d thrive but he was always off it - maybe possibly a little injured who knows. Now he’s being asked to be the spare option and conduct things which isn’t his game but he has looked better than first half of the season.

It will be hysterical when Jamaica finds another dozen PL players who are somehow eligible to play for them, and they go into a 2026 cycle where the field is larger and they don’t have to play USA, Mexico, or Canada… and they still don’t qualify.

This qualifying calendar is awful. Three games per window leads to some terrible footy. The US could have named the score tonight, but had to choose a low-energy 1-0 because they have another game Sunday and still another on Wednesday.

As far as player rotation goes as a cause, I suspect you're giving Berhalter too much credit.
