The best thing Everton could do is make it known behind the scenes that they owe us a big decision that gets us points.

Whingeing in public about apologies is pathetic.
It’s not pathetic at all, Alex Ferguson was the master at it, as others have said it puts that thought in to the refs head. Making the complaint public just sends out the message to the wider audience and for all those involved.

Asking for an apology.

FFS, I remember Moyes tried that one and the refs kept on giving us bad decisions - probably to punish the insolence.

It works for the elite clubs. That's why Ferguson was "a master of it" as you say.

There was a definite improvement after Moyes spoke to them, from what I remember they attended finch farm or Moyes went to them.

Yes forgot about that
Also the tarkowski challenge on Richarlison we didn’t even get a free kick. Neville and carragher both so it was a shocking challenge and Richarlison disallowed goal v Arsenal that looked level. Ok we won both games, but still shocking decisions
That Burnley game which injured Richarlison, DCL and Coleman was a disgrace. Literally let them kick seven shades out of us all match. Was that even when Doucoure first got injured too? Can’t remember now, just remember it was a disgrace.
