There was a definite improvement after Moyes spoke to them, from what I remember they attended finch farm or Moyes went to them.

Var referee should be suspended pending investigation which should include all the snapshots he watched to decide against the penalty so that there is no excuse. If he turns out that he is incompetent as lampard mentioned then he should be relegated to the championship with immediate effect.

According to Sky Sports, apparently Mike Riley has personally apologised to Frank and Bill Kenwright over the non-award of a penalty.
