you know what im saying mate, you're not stupid. Vic will be Vic will be Vic will be Vic...... rinse and repeat. Like I said, I hope he proves me wrong.

Also my opinion of a player is not based on 1 game.

There's not knee jerking and there's in Torres' case ignoring 1/4 of his entire career. Neither extreme is useful.

So your basically saying your opinion of a player isn't based on their current form but rather how they performed two years ago?

Can we bring back Saha and Cahill then? And all laugh at how useless Gareth Bale is.

Stop being ridiculous.

Torres has had a poor run of form, that's hardly comparable to Cahill and Saha who are both past it and will never be as good as they once were.

Then again, i get the feeling that you know what Kurt means and are just on a wind up.

What I don't understand is if his attitude really is so poor and not just body language use fans construe as "can't be arsed" then why is he still here? There's one thing Moyes can't stand and that's lack of commitment/poor attitude, if Anichebe was really so bad he would've be forced out the door long ago

His performance against Newcastle, in my opinion, earned him the right to start against Swansea if Jelavic is injured. Play Mirallas next to him or behind him.

I am confused about the negative body language thing from big vic.......i watched ham after his goal on monday night...and if that wasnt a celebration of joy and pride nothing was

He just strikes me as not being big on confidence and he probably gets the vibe from sections of our support that they're not happy with him. When he scores a poacher's goal, I think he feels a bit too modest to go wild about it, no matter how important the goal might be (see West Brom or Villa away last season). Some take that to be that he's not arsed.

He clearly appreciated on Monday that he'd bagged a decent goal and would have thought, as most of us did, that he'd scored a crucial late winner.

I think the 'class is permanent form is temporary' **** is overused. It's all very right not knee jerking but ignoring two years of performances when judging a player is absurd.

Same with Vic, he's played 19 games for us since january how's it kneejerk to judge him on that when all our other attacking options bar jelavic (Vellios, Conor, Kev, Naismith) have played less games than that for us in total?

Ignoring how a player is currently playing is a stupid way to judge a player.
