Who is upset ?

If you think Anichebe is comparable to a young Drogba then i feel sorry for you, really.

Actually Drogba wa a late developer as a footballer /goalscorer - Victor has effectively really scored 3 in two games due to an out rageous descion so you should not even begin to argue abot him as a player at the moment get behind the lad support him!!!

No, Drogba was not a 'late developer'. He consistently scored plenty of goals from the age of 22. Anichebe is 24.

I'm a big fan of Vic, as you can tell from the original post.

I thought he was superb today, worked hard and caused trouble. He should have had maybe 3 but he hasn't had regular football and taking your chances comes with being on good form.

He is an excitable boy with talent when is he on. Thank goodness he is here with us during the injury to Jelavic. I listened to the naysayers I wonder about their angle today, probably didn't score enough. Oh well.

His work rate has improved this season, and apart from one or two miss-hit layoffs and a spoony shot he didn't put a foot wrong today. As long as he keeps it up, and keep scoring, he has my backing.

Wasnt happy with him after that sitter in the second half though like! :p
