Victor was fantastic today, but it by NO MEANS a justification for a 5 year contract, all the criticism Anichebe has got before was deserved.

Hes nowhere near like Drogba as Didier is just class however Anichebe is not a bad player, I've said this from the start. All a player needs is confidence. His finishing is pretty poor but if he is running at you, you would **** yourself.

To be fair he is comparable to Drogba in terms of style, not ability.

His goal against Newcastle was classic Drogba, in the way he used his strength to hold off the player and then turned and finished.

It's like when people compared Ossie of last season to Iniesta. Obviously he's 1% as good, but his style of play was similar at the time.
