Having started going to Goodison in the 70s, the 'Goodison Boo Boys' were quite the feature of our support back then.

They would pick on a player (often a local lad) and abuse them throughout.

I would hope we have evolved a bit since then, but I am not so sure.
 

Since I ragged him last week - credit where credit is due:

He worked extremely hard today, and was excellent. Beyond the well taken goal, what I liked most was his work ethic, which I hadn't seen for a long time. He tracked back, he held the ball up, he picked his head up and made some decent passes.

Worked his butt off today. For that, I say thanks Vic. Great job today, keep it up!
 

Fair play to him he was Fantastic yesterday, if he keeps this up, he could even keep Jelavic out of the side....

Not going that far. I think Jelavic's off the ball movement is much better. They are different players. If Vic repeats his performance today, I actually think his physicality/hold up play is better. Here's a thought - how about we play a 4-4-2! I know we'd all die of attacking flair, but it could actually be an option.
