Credit to Big Vic, i won't lie i have been critical of him in the past but he has been good.

Keep up the good work, if he can get that self belief he can be anything he wants. so many people would love to have his strength and power.

And replace him with who? A 'Steven Fletcher' level striker costs you upwards of £10m, and he's hardly world class. We're better keeping a lad we've persevered with since he was a boy, selling him as he's coming good is nonsensical.

Mirallas cost under £5m. There's value still to be had and Moyes does wonders with £5m.

Having started going to Goodison in the 70s, the 'Goodison Boo Boys' were quite the feature of our support back then.

They would pick on a player (often a local lad) and abuse them throughout.

I would hope we have evolved a bit since then, but I am not so sure.

Other players off hand who received the boo boys in my long lifetime of bing a long life blue - Joe Royle - replaced Alex young - Colin Harvey - replaced Jimmy Gabriel - Howard Kendall - on first arrival with a big price tag looked shaky - they all turned out very well!

I've been to hundreds of everton games and never once booed a player. But the idea that it's a mark of quality is bollocks. Yes some players who get booed turn out to be greats but lots more players get booed because they're ****.
