Vic cost nowt.
Who you gonna replace him with?Same money like.
Bear in mind Vic's been improving all season and still plenty room for more.
Unless Chico's mar is up for it.

Cost doesn't come into it though, when you're discussing just ability there are at least 8 teams in the premier league with better striking options than him.

We'll have money to spend in the summer and it's one of the first areas that needs looking at.

He's been great to be honest, he's really kicked on this season and to be honest he's been doing it for a calendar year now, lets not forget he was injured this season so in that sense his record is quite good. His all around play has improved as has his composure, finishing and reading of the game.

His problems for me in terms of fulfilling his quality are all in his head in terms of confidence rather then ability.

Maybe he's matured, mentally.

I wonder how much of impact having Jelavic around has had on Vic. Is it just a coincidence Vic started playing well since Jela arrived or has Jela really been helping Vic as much as he has implied in interviews?

Agree to disagree mate.
Personally think you do Vic a big disservice.
Another striker even Mirallas (altho' i prefer him cutting in from wide) in a 442 would get a good amount of chances alongside Vic imo.

was superb today in a team that pretty short on physical presence, an constant out ball, fought for everything, created things, and chased back to do defensive work. Anyone who says he isn't at least a useful squad member on current form, hasn't got a clue

He's a battering ram and a presence but offers absolutely no threat whatsoever.

was really good today very phsyical and great on the ball only thing that annoys me is his finishing at times, should of chipped lloris for the winner, also guilty of skying another chance and then fluffed a shot instead of passing to jelavic in space.
