Their players will still be able to train at home, will still be given tactics on us, yet we're missing some of our 3 of our better players, and Doucoure now only misses a cup game, against a team who seemingly will be playing their kids.

Doucoure is banned for the league, it won’t apply to the cup.

It works because we know we’ll have at least one good midfielder starting in the cup game lol

He’ll now miss Leicester.

It’s a massive result for us.

We only have the cup game between now and Leicester at the end of the month, and our full squad should be back by then.

Even Gbamin will be fit to play by then!

We need to be taking it easy and avoiding any unnecessary injuries over the next two weeks though.

Genuinely happy with this outcome.

We would have been smashed without DCL, Allan and Doucoure. It also Richarlison time to get up to fitness and give the lads a break after 210 mins of football in a 72 hour period.

We have actually been quite fortunate when it comes to the timing of these postponements.

This is the concern, knowing the PL they will throw the two postponed games into together during the space of 3 days during a difficult run in.

It's a pandemic, its unfortunate but some games will be cancelled.

I doubt it, but the government might step in and ban elite sports. I know the recent FA cup celebrations by players have caused some concern.

Doucoure misses Leicester. The rules have changed to avoid league bookings meaning cup suspensions. He'll almost certainly play against Sheff Wed now.
