If we get rid of Barkley for £50mil get whomever in for £35mil should we again spend the difference for the sake of spending then there's the lukaku effect, your not seriously suggesting we could or should look to buy a striker priced the way we've priced him?

Sandro is the atypical example. Look at how much Koeman spent n a GK and a player from a poor league.
