Those criticising him should remember what he's going through day in day out worrying about his homeland.
Has no bearing on his quality as a player.

He's poor and has been from we signed him. Hes had the time to adapt and develop and he hasnt. The odd good performaces arent enough, hes consistently not good enough.

Left back is the weakest position in our squad because neither our starter or back up are good enough.

Would like better at both fb positions coleman is getting on with age and cant last forever, then patterson needs to improve to get the starting rb position this season. Young just looks like a player for one season, we really need to be looking for fb this season to come in for next season

Seems that Myko is being coached to be more attacking which makes sense when Young is on the other side. Not playing to his strengths but he’s showing signs of improving.

We should be looking at prioritising a young but first team ready, more attacking LB to complete regardless.

Saturdays match and his lack of attacking threat.

That chance at the end where Beto should have either scored or squared it.....that was Mykolenko on the line waiting for a tap in and not very happy at all.

I rewatched the match and bizarrely he actually got into some proper attacking position s without even noticing him (unless you just track him) and that's something he's never shown before. That last chance he's furthest forward, so he's used football intelligence to make a great run from where he starts on the outside. I was shocked when I realised it was Mykolenko as I'd have expected him to be on the half way line

When Gray played LW for us, if you ever focused on Myko, he used to make loads of overlapping runs but Gray would virtually never use him.

Not only that but often left Myko, or whoever was behind him, woefully exposed.

A few bits for the highlight reels really pulled the wool over a lot of people's eyes with Gray. Bags of talent and great pace but often very detrimental to a team if the plan requires him dropping back out of possession.

If there is one area Dyche has excelled as opposed to previous managers, it’s that we are a threat down the middle. We play through balls and create a lot of chances centrally which is something we have always struggled to do almost every other manager. We are very oppressive with our press and force teams into mistakes. McNeil and Harrison are also very slick on the ball and can cut into the middle and cause problems.

The problem is our fullbacks have not only given freebie goals away, they don’t really assist in the attack whatsoever. Every time we fall behind it gets that much harder to play to our strengths because we can’t play consistently out wide. As a result teams will stack the middle and we are completely screwed because we don’t have pacy wingers that will beat players for crosses and our fullbacks are not the quality we need (at least not yet in terms of Myko and Patto).

If we don’t fall behind, I expect us to win almost every game (except against the top teams) because we can be oppressive in the middle and eventually we force something in. I expect few draws. We will fall behind if our fullbacks are not more consistent defensively and in attack.
Confused. We excell down the middle but cant play to our strengths out wide?

Dear Moderator thanks for laughing at me for going 'Off Topic' again. I have been on this site for getting on 10 years, and have been docked many points
usually for bad language, and then I have read one of your blue-eyed boys posts with foul and abusive language and 'Sod All' done to them.
I'll do my best after my ban to keep 'On Topic'. I suggest that you take an English nightschool course and you may well learn how to write the date correctly.
