He starts every season slow, no idea why but pretty much every one it's taken him 3-5 games to get up to speed, same when he's out injured and returns actually...

Say the same about most if not all the team last few seasons. He was poor, but we have all seen play against far better players more than once and marked them out the game. The starting slow, I have no idea but I’m not worried about myko, I am worried when he gets injured who plays there though.

He's not the biggest problem for me, limited yes but a steady defender who will improve. Bigger worries for me elsewhere including the management

Top clubs would never want him with how limited he is going forward.

However he generally was excellent one on one last year so was a bit shocked to see how easily Minteh went past him.

I agree having Branthwaite to cover him does help so hopefully he's available for Bournemouth match.
