Loads of kids are idiots, attempted executions because you can't control your emotions are not acceptable.
Mate, the driver is completely in the wrong. The separate point was that the cyclist is causing unnecessary risk, but one does not negate the other.

While we’ve only got a glimpse, my other line of enquiry would be where did the car come from: was it behind? Was it a car that's attempted an overtake?

Has the drive deliberately hit the cyclist, or have they recklessly and dangerously got too close when passing? The horn part brings the latter in to play for me.

Anyway, they'll be getting at a minimum a suspended custodial, if not a good few months in jail.

5 pages in. I swear.

No one has pointed out that the kid on a bike using a phone whilst on the road is the cardinal sinner. Tower of london for you boyo!

Absolute plumb, driver may well have been in the wrong but the whole result was entirely avoidable if the cyclist had simply slowed down slightly.
But instead he was determined to make sure there was a video for the gram.
F.A.F.O.

Yeah, absolutely ridiculous. And I cycle on roads a fair bit
